About the program

Building skills for life’s changing moments.

A structured small group program delivered by a registered psychologist using evidence-based approaches to help adolescents develop practical skills for managing emotions, navigating challenges and improving wellbeing.

Practical, age-appropriate tools are drawn from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Unified Protocol (UP).

Mpowerment Psychology was founded to help young people build psychological skills, confidence, and resilience. The program is facilitated by Tim Kelly, a registered psychologist with experience in supporting adolescents facing emotional, behavioural, and developmental challenges.

Depending on individual circumstances, access may include a Mental Health Treatment Plan where eligibility criteria are met, private payment, or private health cover.
